What kinds of images can I use?
Images of anything. A pet, person, food, favourite sports team logo, NFT, business logo, Bollywood actor face, Hollywood actress face, your favourite object etc. Anything you love and have or could find a picture of, and we can turn it into a custom shaped pillow.
These are some things you should look at while choosing an image:
- Look for a High-Resolution image clicked from a DSLR or a new generation phone.
- Make sure the subject is in focus.
- Do not use WhatsApp forwarded images as WhatsApp compresses the images.
- Make sure you have all the rights to use the picture.
While choosing an image, do not worry about these things:
- We can make a pillow from an image with multiple objects in the same picture, for example, if the image has a dog and a person in the same picture.
- We can get the main object even if the image has a background. So do not worry about the room mess when you captured your moment.
- The white border makes the image of the object look better and doesn't let the details go on the side curves. We print our pillows on a white background, but if you would like a different colour, please include that in the customer note section of the order process.
Ensure the image is of good quality and mention everything in customer notes.
Are the pillows double-sided & Can I have a different picture on each side?
Yes, All custom-shaped pillows are a reverse image of the photo on the backside. Different picture on each is not possible in custom shaped pillows, and this option is only available if you order a custom square pillow & which can be done by following this step:
Add 2 images while placing the order & mention the square pillow & other requirements in customer notes.
Can I replace my image after placing an order?
We will be happy to replace your image for you within 24 hours of your order being placed. Due to the custom nature of our product and manufacturing process, we may need to contact you with questions, so please keep an eye out for our email or call. For any image replacement queries, please get in touch with us at support@bemypillow.com
Can I see a preview of the pillow with the photo corrections that I requested before production?
Unfortunately, we do not offer any preview. However, we can guarantee that our team of designers will take a look at your cropping instructions and fulfil your request to their best abilities. But then also, if you have any queries, send us an email at support@bemypillow.com with your Order No.
Is the 36-in pillow 36in x 36in or only 36 inches tall and has a different width ??
The 36-inch pillow will measure 36 inches at the image's longest point.
For example, if a dog is standing up in the image, the pillow will be 36 inches tall, and the width will be adjusted proportionally.
Another example. If a dog is sleeping in the image, the pillow will be 36 inches wide, and the height will be adjusted proportionally.
How to place an order?
To place your order, follow these steps :
- Browse through our range of custom pillows. After you’ve chosen what you want, select the relevant size.
- Upload your image.
- Add your customer notes, how would you like the picture to be cropped.
- Once you’re done, click the ‘Add To Cart’ button.
- After you have added all the products, click on the cart icon on the top right. You can either choose to continue shopping or confirm the order and click ‘Checkout’.
- From there, you can either login to your existing Be My Pillow account or simply create one.
- Once you’re done, proceed to checkout, confirm your shipping address, and complete the payment
Is the pillow washable?
Yes, Be My Pillow’s are washable. Read our Care page for more instructions.
What if my order is undelivered?
If, in any case, our courier partners cannot deliver the product and send it back to us, our support team will contact you with the issues regarding the delivery and reship the product to the updated address.
Are there any additional shipping charges?
Be My Pillow provides FREE shipping for all orders in India.
How long does it take to get once I order?
Currently, our production time is 5-7 business days. Afterwards, shipping will take 3-7 business days in transit.
How do I track my order?
You can track your order once it has been dispatched from our warehouse. An email, SMS, and WhatsApp notification will be sent with a link. You can also track it by just sending a “Hi” or our support no.
What should I do if my payment fails?
In case there is a failure in payment, please retry and keep the following things in mind:
- Please confirm if the information you’ve provided is correct i.e. account details, billing address, and password (for Net Banking); and that your internet connection wasn’t disrupted during the process.
- If your account has been debited even after a payment failure, it is normally rolled back to your bank account within 10 business days. For any further clarification, you can email us at support@bemypillow.com
Why can’t I see the Cash On Delivery (COD) option?
Currently, we do not offer Cash On Delivery. Since we deal with personalised products, we cannot offer COD due to these reasons:
• COD Cancellations & Returns leads to waste of precious resources & time.
• Personalised products are of no use to the company.
You can either pay by Debit Card, Credit Card, Net Banking or UPI.
How do I add a Gift Note?
If you want to add a note to the gift, you can add the note on the cart page. We’ll add a cute pre printed note with the product. Please note that the character limit for the note is 250 characters.
What are the terms of replacement policy?
We have a 7 day replacement-only policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your product to request a replacement.
Products from Be My Pillow are not eligible for a return or refund.
Products from Be My Pillow can only be exchanged if there's a manufacturing defect or is damaged due to delivery.
All products are 100% made-on-demand and are manufactured just for you with all the love & care. Our products go through rigorous quality check processes & multiple pictures are clicked for proof before they leave our warehouse. However, you can request a replacement if your product is damaged during shipment or transit.

How do I create a replacement request?
Follow a few simple steps to initiate your replacement request within 7- days of receiving the order:
Step 1: Make a good video showing the defect in the product.
(Please note we won't accept your replacement request without the video of the defective product)
Step 2: Email us at support@bemypillow.com with your Order ID & the video.
Step 3: We will check your email within 1-2 Working days & if our team finds the product defective, we will initiate a replacement.
When will I get my replacement product delivered?
Once Be My Pillow has accepted the replacement request, as per the Return Refund and Replacement Policy, the new product will be shipped within 4-5 working days.

The white border makes the image of the object look better and doesn't let the details go on the side curves. But in case you don’t want the white border, mention your requirements in notes on the product page while ordering.

We print our pillows on a white background, but if you would like a different colour, please include that in the customer note section of the order process.

How can I get my order delivered faster?
Sorry, currently we do not have any service available to expedite the order delivery. In future, if we start offering such a service, you will receive a communication from our end.
